These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WpBrain.app ("WpBrain", "we", "us", or "our") and the services provided through our platform. By creating an account or using WpBrain, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WpBrain, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using WpBrain on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts only if each serves a distinct purpose

3. Service Description

WpBrain is an AI-powered platform that helps you manage WordPress and WooCommerce websites. The service includes:

• AI-assisted content creation, editing, and publishing
• AI image generation for WordPress media
• WordPress site management tools (posts, pages, products, media, comments, users)
• AI chatbot (Pixie) deployment for customer-facing websites
• Multi-site management from a single dashboard
• WooCommerce store management features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WpBrain to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to access WordPress sites you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure or other users' experience
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or violates third-party rights
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written consent

5. WordPress Site Access

When you connect a WordPress site to WpBrain:

• You confirm that you own the site or have explicit authorization to manage it
• You grant WpBrain permission to interact with the site's REST API using the credentials you provide
• You are solely responsible for any changes made to your WordPress site through our platform
• We recommend maintaining backups of your WordPress sites independently
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the site from your dashboard or revoking the application password in WordPress

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

WpBrain uses artificial intelligence to generate content, images, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing
• AI-generated images may not be suitable for all purposes and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from intellectual property conflicts
• You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, but you are responsible for its accuracy and legality

7. Intellectual Property

The WpBrain platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by WpBrain.app and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Content you create or upload through WpBrain remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WpBrain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any damage to your WordPress sites resulting from actions performed through our platform
• We are not liable for losses caused by AI-generated content, including inaccurate or inappropriate content
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Connected WordPress site credentials will be deleted
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of WpBrain after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
